Wendy has 18 years of experience which ranges across both private and public sectors with international exposure having worked in the United Kingdom. Her expertise spans across leadership development, change and talent management. Her experience in strategic hr consulting coupled with understanding business strategy, leadership and talent capability from an individual and team perspective, continues to position her in terms of better understanding the world of her clients.
Wendy has coached individuals from both private and public sectors, across senior and middle management; as well as specialist individual contributors. She is ultimately able to provide a thinking space for her clients, and through the process of coaching provide the opportunity for her clients to navigate through their process, shift their perspectives and move towards achieving their goals.
