Sivan has 27 years working experience within the education and media industry. She has worked across 15 African countries, pioneering HR processes, technology and practices across the continent. She has 19 years of multinational corporate experience, as both a learning and development and human resource executive. Sivan is an Associate Certified Coach credentialled through the International Coaching Federation. Sivan joined the Factor10 team in 2020.
