Experience:
Karen has over ten years of experience as a clinical psychologist and leadership coach. She began her working life as a management consultant and during that time she held team lead positions on a number of IT projects in both in South Africa and later in the UK. Karen then returned to South Africa and opened a private clinical psychology practice and also became involved in coaching. She has coached and consulted across a wide range of sectors including banking, marketing and advertising, pharmaceuticals, social welfare and financial services. She has a range of coaching qualifications and is an ICF credentialled coach. Karen joined the Factor10 team in 2017.
