Experience:
Elaine has over twenty five years experience working in talent management and people development across public, private and academic sectors both within the UK and South Africa. With over fifteen years of delivering leadership development, coaching, mentoring and consultancy services Elaine has a passion for finding new and innovative ways to quickly build capability across business sectors. Elaine headed up the Career Development Centre at a UK business school. She has designed and delivered personal and career development workshops for other leading international business schools as well as providing business and career coaching to global leadership talent. She has a range of qualifications and is an ICF credentialled coach. Elaine joined the Factor10 team in 2017.
