Experience:
Boniswa had a 10-year career in the mining industry, working in the processing of two commodities – coal and diamonds. Her wide spread experience in operations and technical specialist roles enabled her to led a production team to achieve results in a highly dynamic and output driven mining environment. She embarked on her coaching journey five years ago to pursue her desire in exploring what makes individuals connect achieve great results. Boniswa joined the Factor10 team in 2020.
