A FACTOR OF TEN DIFFERENCE.
Collaboration. Co-creation. Community.
We care about who we work alongside as much as what we do.
Factor10 was born from the strong conviction that organisations have entered a new era that is global, turbulent, ambiguous, fast paced and unpredictable. This context requires a new type of leader and new approaches to developing leaders.
Since 2014 we have shown ourselves to be a South African organisation thinking globally but acting in context to develop a new leader for a new era. We use data-led insights, deep coaching dialogues, experiential immersions and digitised platforms to change leadership behaviour and drive impact. We create leaders who thrive in an exponential world.
Our name talks directly to this. In this new exponential era the impact of high performance leaders is not a few percentage points – but rather a factor of 10.
